How to replace the evaporator core on 2004 Cadillac Seville?

The hvac module removal procedure must start before replacing the Evaporator core. Start by removing the Heater Core and Evaporator tubes seal and moving onto detach the upper Evaporator case before taking off the Evaporator core. You should then take off the seals from the Evaporator case. During installation start with evaporation unit setup yet add refrigerant oil to the Evaporator when performing a replacement according to refrigerant system size requirements. Place new Evaporator case seals then install the upper Evaporator case before rehanging the seal that circulates between the Heater Core and Evaporator tubes. The hvac module assembly needs to be reinstalled after installation is finished.
