Begin by removing the Heater Core and Evaporator tubes seals before proceeding to take off the upper Evaporator case and the Evaporator core. Now the Evaporator case seals should be removed. Start the installation process by placing the new Evaporator correctly followed by new Evaporator case seal installation and upper Evaporator case attachment. The Heater Core and Evaporator tubes seal must be put back before you reinstall the hvac module assembly into position.
