How to service the EGR valve on 2003 Cadillac Seville?

In order to service EGR valve, unplug the electrical connector, strip off the heat shield and its nuts and remove the EGR valve. Check and examine the EGR passages. Install new gasket, fasten EGR valve, reconnect heat shield and reconnect electrical connector.
