How to replace the harmonic balancer on 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier?

In order to change the crankshaft balancer, lift the vehicle, detach the front tire and fender liner, and engine drive belt. Hold the balancer with the Harmonic Balancer Holder to avoid rotating the crankshaft as the balancer bolt goes so that it can be loosened and removed. Install the balancer and bolt then tighten. Fit the drive belt, fender liner and tire again.
