How to replace the Motor and Transmission Mount on a 4L60-E/4L65-E on 2003 Chevrolet Express 3500?

You must start by supporting both your vehicle and transmission using a transmission jack after raising it to replace the transmission mount for a 4L60-E/4L65-E. First disconnect the transmission mount mounting bolts that secure RWD vehicles then shave off the mounting bolts for 4WD vehicles before extracting the transmission mount out of the vehicle. Position the new transmission mount onto the vehicle before tightening all 4WD bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.), then apply a 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.) torque to the RWD mounting bolts. Mount the transmission support and disconnect the transmission jack before lowering the entire vehicle back to the ground.
