How to replace the blower motor resistor assembly on 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

The blower motor resistor assembly can be replaced by taking out the insulator of the instrument panel on the right. Unplug the electrical connector of electrical blower motor and resistor. Unscrew the screws that hold the resistor, pull it out and put in the new one. Re-connect the electrical connectors, and re-set up the insulator.
