• Q: How to replace the vacuum brake booster on 2003 Chevrolet Venture?

  A: To replace the vacuum Brake Booster, one should relieve the fuel line pressure and the cooling system, veave the Coolant Reservoir, Cruise Control Module, and cruise control bracket and keep them aside. Next, after removing left front cross brace as well as powertrain control module (PCM) cover from the air cleaner housing and then remove the pcm without disconnecting electrical. Remove the air cleaner and duct, separate the fuel lines from the pipes, and the vapor line, and place the heater hose from the coolant x-over pipe. Winslows. Unclip the fuel lines that are part of the shock tower to have a better access to the brake pipes. Remove the fluid level sensor switch from the Brake Master Cylinder, thereafter the brake lines from the master cylinder and the master cylinder. Install the Brake Master Cylinder and then attach brake lines, and then attach fluid level sensor switch where the master cylinder is located. Reinstall the fuel lines to the pipes and vapor line then heater crossover pipe air cleaner and duct assembly, pcm, and pcm cover. Lastly, replace the left front cross brace, cruise control bracket, and Cruise Control Module and then replace the Coolant Reservoir, fill, and top up the cooling system and bleed off the brake system.
