How to replace the front door power window switch on 2004 Buick LeSabre?

Start by sliding a flat-blade tool between the front edge of the switch plate and gently applying upward pressure to detach it from the door trim panel. After sliding the switch plate forward its rear retention tabs will become loose to disconnect the wire connections. Use a small flat bladed tool to remove switchpack from switch plate through retainer tabs release. Place the switchpack into the switch plate then reconnect wiring and push the plate's rear end back into the door trim area. Pressing down on the switch plate's front side operates the retainer clip.
