How to replace the fuel level sensor on 2004 Buick Park Avenue?

In order to change the fuel level sensor, unscrew the fuel sender assembly and unscrew the fuel pump connector. Unscrew the sensor connector retaining clip and remove it. Lose the sensor retaining clip and squeeze the tangs to extract the sensor. Re installation involves attaching the sensor and connecting the connecting cords back.
