How to replace the throttle cable on 2004 Buick Park Avenue?

In order to change the throttle cable, unscrew the right closeout panel, unscrew the cable at the accelerator pedal lever. Insert the cable through the bulkhead, pull it out of the retaining clip and disconnect it to the throttle body lever. Install the new cable, making sure that it is free, and re-connecting it to re-install the panel.
