  A: In order to replace the Throttle Cable, remove the left closeout/insulator panel. Remove the Throttle Cable from the accelerator pedal lever, squeeze the Throttle Cable cover tangs, and force the Throttle Cable through the bulkhead. After that, take the Throttle Cable out of the retaining clip and out of the right slot on top of the washer bottle. Remove the Throttle Cable from the Throttle Body lever link and from the Throttle Cable clip. For the installation, route the Throttle Cable into the bulkhead and snap retainer. Push the Throttle Cable into the slot in the accelerator pedal lever with the end of the cable fitting snapping into place and resting flush against the accelerator control pedal lever. Join the dash panel insulator retainer onto the Throttle Cable and propel the retainer at the cable lever end fitting until it locks onto the cable dash fitting flange, fitting onto the latter flush with the dash mat. Check the throttle positioning mechanisms for adequate free movement between full closed throttle position and wide open throttle position (WOT) by operating the accelerator pedal monitoring carpet fit under the accelerator pedal. Lastly, connect the Throttle Cable to the Throttle Body lever, ensuring that the cable is under the hook in the Throttle Body lever, attach the Throttle Cable to the accelerator cable bracket, the right slot on top of the washer bottle, and the retaining clip before reinstalling the left closeout/insulator panel.
