    A: Support the brake caliper with wire hangers through its hydraulic hose connection to prevent shifting. Appley the Brake Caliper Bracket bolts and bracket to remove them then extract the brake pads along with Brake Pad retainers from the Brake Caliper Bracket. Examine the Brake Caliper Bracket for damage then clean all roughness from it. Replace the brake bracket when it shows cracks or defects. Before putting in the piece clean threaded holes and bolts of the caliper bracket by wiping away all threadlocker residue using denatured alcohol or a suitable substitute. When using old bolts from the caliper bracket apply threadlocker gm p/n 12345493 (Canadian P/N 10953488) to the upper two-thirds of the thread space and create an even coat before it fully cures for ten minutes. Fit the Brake Caliper Bracket and fasten it with the specified Brake Caliper Bracket bolts while tightening them to 128 nm (94 ft. Lbs.). Put silicone lube on brake caliper pin bolts first when attaching Brake Pad retainers and brake pads onto the Brake Caliper Bracket.
