How to replace the steering wheel on 2004 Cadillac Seville?

To change the steering wheel, turn off the SIR system and remove the inflatable rest device. Unplug the electrical connector and take off the retaining nut. Remove the wheel with a Steering Wheel Puller and then run the wire through the new wheel aligning it prior to reinstallation. Finally, reattach the electrical connector and allow the SIR system to come on.
