How to replace the Steering Column Seal on the intermediate steering shaft on 2004 Cadillac Seville?

In order to change the seal on the intermediate steering shaft, remove steering column, steering shaft between the cylinder heads and brake booster. Any disconnection of fuel lines can be performed to access the seal retaining bolts, and remove the seal. Install components, install the new seal and secure and reinstall components, and no binding should take place during the operation.
