How to replace the power steering pump on 2004 Cadillac XLR?

The first step to replace the Power Steering Pump is to take out the power steering fluid reservoir and remove the Power Steering Pump pulley. After that, unfasten both the Power Steering Hose from the pressure pipe and the power steering outlet hose from the pump. Take out the bolts fastening the Power Steering Pump to its frame. The first step in installation is to fasten the Power Steering Pump bolts to the mounting surface of the pump, tightening them to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). After that, attach the Power Steering Reservoir outlet pipe/hose and the power steering pressure hose to the Power Steering Pump. Replace the power steering pulley, fit the Power Steering Reservoir and then bleed the power steering system.
