Start by removing the sensor bolt from the ckp sensor then disconnect the electrical connector and carefully remove the sensor from its block. Before inserting the ckp sensor into its block position apply mineral-based grease to the o-ring after inspecting it. Then tighten the ckp sensor bolt to 8 n.m (71 lb in). Reconnect the ckp sensor electrical connector followed by starting the Starter and replacing the front air deflector when it was taken off. The vehicle must lower before battery reconnection for a necessary ckp system variation learn procedure execution.
