  A: Intake Manifold replacement starts with removing the air inlet duct and resonator followed by disconnecting the iac (IAC) and tps (TPS) sensors along with the MAP Sensor (MAP) and evap hose and pcv hose and purge solenoid tube and brake booster hose. The first step begins by removing the oil level indicator tube bolt after disconnecting the accelerator and cruise control cables before taking off the Throttle Body along with the Fuel Rail. Start by disconnecting the knock sensor connector from the Intake Manifold before unscrewing the manifold bolts and nuts and finally removing the Intake Manifold. Proceed with Intake Manifold Gasket removal only if required but keep the gasket for potential reuse when undamaged. Before setting up the Intake Manifold install the gasket first if it was removed then add the manifold before tightening its nuts and bolts to 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). Reinstall all disconnected electrical connectors and hoses including the iac, tps, map sensor, evap hose, pcv hose, purge solenoid tube, brake booster hose and Throttle Body and Fuel Rail and knock sensor connector.
