How to replace the door lock cylinder on 2004 Chevrolet Corvette?

The first step to replace a Door Lock Cylinder requires outside Door Handle removal followed by the clip extraction which holds the lock cylinder lever. The lock cylinder retaining clip needs to be pried up while you detach the lever from behind the cell. Secure the lock cylinder by inserting its gasket into the Door Handle while using the retaining clip for fastening. Position the lever behind the lock cylinder before attaching it and secure the lock cylinder lever with the clip. Reinstall the Door Handle as the last step.
