How to replace the Blend Door Actuator on 2004 Chevrolet Malibu?

Replace the Air Temperature Actuator by removing the HVAC CTRL (BATT) fuse afterward removing the left closeout panel and the knee bolster. Begin by pulling out the air temperature actuator's screws then detach the wire harness connector. When installing the device reconnect the wire harness connector while mounting the air temperature actuator with proper screw tightening at 1.5 N.m (13 lb in). As the last step install the knee bolster followed by replacing the left closeout panel and the HVAC CTRL (BATT) fuse.
