Position and slide the actuator driver along the shaft so both the driver and the HVAC module case mounting holes reach perfect alignment. Install screws to the air temperature actuator while tightening them to achieve 1.5 N.m (13 lb in) torque before reconnecting the electrical connector. Put the I/P compartment back into position followed by installation of the right side I/P insulator. Finally, calibrate the actuator.

Slide the actuator driver onto the shaft until it has completely reached the bottom of the shaft and the mounting holes align with the case of the HVAC module. Secure the air temperature actuator with screws, tightening them to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in) and reconnect the electrical connector. Lastly, you should reinstall the I/P compartment and the right side I/p insulator, while calibrating the actuator.
