  A: The process to replace the Intake Manifold begins by removing the air cleaner outlet resonator along with the Throttle Body, pcv hose, purge solenoid tube, brake booster hose, and oil level indicator tube bolt. The first step is to extract the Fuel Rail along with disconnecting the knock sensor electrical connector. Afterward, disconnect the knock sensor harness connector from the Intake Manifold. First remove all Intake Manifold nuts and bolts before extracting the Intake Manifold yet keep the reusable Intake Manifold Gasket unless it shows any damage. You should install a brand new Intake Manifold Gasket when putting the Intake Manifold back into its original position. First tighten the Intake Manifold nuts and bolts to 10 nm (89 inch lbs) then attach the knock sensor harness connector and knock sensor electrical connector. Install the Fuel Rail and Throttle Body before tightening the oil level indicator tube bolt to 10 nm (89 inch lbs). As the final step complete installation by reconnecting the brake booster hose together with the purge solenoid tube and pcv hose before installing Throttle Body and air cleaner outlet resonator.
