Start by disconnecting the maf sensor electrical connector and next loosen the air cleaner intake duct hose clamp. The air cleaner cover with its duct requires removal by unclipping two retainers and disconnecting the Throttle Body duct while disassembly continues. An operator must first remove the air cleaner from the air cleaner assembly. Install the new air cleaner into the air cleaner assembly before putting back the air cleaner cover with the air cleaner intake duct using 2 air cleaner cover clips.
