How to replace the canister purge valves on 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

To remove evap canister purges solenoid valve, first, remove the air cleaner outlet resonator, and then, disconnect the evap purges pipe together with solenoid electrical connector. Second, unscrew the purge solenoid nuts and the engine wiring harness bracket from the stud, and remove the purge solenoid from the Intake Manifold. To install, start by installing the purge solenoid to the Intake Manifold, then on the stud attach the engine wiring harness bracket then tighten the purge solenoid nuts to 12 n.m (106 lb in) as is noted in the fastener notice in service precautions. After that, hook the purge solenoid electric plug back in and the purge pipe of the evap then put back the air cleaner outlet resonator.
