How to replace the oil pan on 2004 Chevrolet Venture?

In order to change the oil pan, disconnect the battery, remove the engine mount strut, and support the vehicle. Realign A/C compressor, remove the catalytic converter and empty the engine oil. Take out the starter motor and transaxle brace, as well as support bar. Take out the oil pan and gasket, clean off surfaces and put things back together. Lastly, re-attach the battery.
