How to replace the rear wheel bearing/hub on 2005 Buick LaCrosse?

To replace the rear Wheel Bearing hub start by raising your vehicle then disconnecting both wheels and tires before removing the brake rotor. Unplug the abs electrical connector from the Wheel Speed Sensor when present. After that take out the bolts that connect the bearing/hub unit to its mounting position. After that, use appropriate tools to extract the Wheel Bearing hub assembly along with the backing plate from the vehicle. Realign the Wheel Bearing hub and fitting plate first before you start the installation. Place and fasten Wheel Bearing/hub-to-knuckle bolts according to product specifications which should be at 75 nm (55 ft. Lbs. torque). When needed you can join the Wheel Speed Sensor and its abs electrical connector. Afterwards reassemble the brake rotor, caliper, tires and wheels. Finally, lower the vehicle.
