The hvac module installation requires users to fit the new Heater Core into position using attaching straps and screws and tightening these components to 1.4 n.m (12 lb in). Fit the Heater Core cover by positioning its front dash seals properly and secure the screws tightly at 1.4 n.m (12 lb in). Install the Heater Core heat shield with its screws and apply torque to 1.4 n.m (12 lb in). Secure the air distributor duct with special attention paid to properly seating and tightening the left side screw to 1.4 n.m (12 lb in). To finish the installation process attach the left and right sound insulators along with heater hoses which require the hose clamp pliers (J 38185), the fuel injector sight shield, and complete the cooling system fill.
