How to replace the valve rocker arm and valve lash adjuster on 2005 Buick Rainier?

In order to change the valve rocker arm and valve lash adjuster, loosen the sprocket bolts and the camshaft cover. Chain tension should be maintained with the Camshaft Sprocket Holding Tool. Take off the camshaft caps and rocker arms and adjusters and have them arranged. Install the camshaft cover, lubricate and reassemble parts.
