Insert the Camshaft sprocket holding tool j 44222 onto the Cylinder Head where horizontal bolts should be tightened to keep timing chain components stable. Lbs.) for the initial application before finishing it with a 100 degree torque using the torque angle meter (J 36660-A). The torque wrench must first tighten the exhaust Camshaft actuator bolt to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.) on the initial rotation while subsequent tightening adds 135° of angle by torque angle meter (J 36660-A). Finally, install the Camshaft cover.
