How to replace the rear exhaust pipe on 2005 Cadillac DeVille?

To change the rear exhaust manifold pipe, hoist and lift the car. Take out the nuts which hold the catalytic converter to the rear pipe of the exhaust manifold. Detach the catalytic converter gasket and the bolts connecting the rear pipe of exhaust manifold. Install new gasket and seals and re-attach catalytic converter.
