• Q: How to replace the fuel injectors and fuel rail on 2005 Cadillac SRX?

  A: Start Fuel Rail and injector replacement by decreasing fuel system pressure followed by upper Intake Manifold as well as lower Intake Manifold removal. Move to detach the fuel feed pipe from the Fuel Injector rail by taking out the fuel pipe retaining clip first. The clearing operation requires compresssed air to remove debris from the Intake Manifold Fuel Injector opening while wearing protective safety glasses. Lift out the Fuel Rail with injectors after removing its bolts while applying support to protect terminals and tips. Seal the fittings along with plugging all holes to prevent outside contaminants from entering.
