In order to replace throttle body assembly, you will start by turning the ignition OFF, remove air cleaner intake duct. Next, you must de-attach the throttle body electrical connector, unlock the wiring harness conduit and reposition it, and then take off the throttle body bolts. Cautiously remove the throttle body and its gasket. For installation, the mounting surfaces of the throttle body should be cleaned of any gasket or seal material, install the throttle body with a NEW gasket, and use the throttle body bolts, tightening them down to 10 N.m (89 lb in). Replace the wiring harness conduit and the throttle body electrical connector lastly the air cleaner intake duct. Lastly, conduct the idle learn process and check with scan tool to clear all DTCs.
