  A: The first step to install the right front door Power Window Switch begins by setting the Ignition Switch to off. First remove the door panel trim followed by taking out the screws attached to the upper trim panel from behind before taking off the upper trim section from the door frame. You must first take out the inner energy absorber from the door panel before removing retaining screws from both inside and outside locations of the armrest. The process starts by disconnecting the wires from the armrest then removing the armrest assembly while guarding the components from damage using duct tape coverage for mirror, window and applique on the door lock switch plate. The Power Window Switch assembly should be extracted from the door trim panel pocket before unconnecting the wire harness. The installation of the new Power Window Switch requires attaching it to the armrest switch plate applique followed by wire harness connection and proper placement of the switch assembly inside the door trim panel pocket after protective tape removal.
