Draining all transaxle fluid stands as the first step to undertake before proceeding with a transmission cooler pipe replacement. Start the Radiator front outlet pipe replacement by unbolting its union bolt then move to unclip its Radiator bolt before completing with the unclipping and removal of transaxle's rear outlet pipe bolt. Next remove the rear outlet pipe fitting nut from the transaxle before removing both fluid cooler outlet pipe and hoses. Start the installation by putting on the fluid cooler rear outlet pipe fitting nut before tightening it to 35 nm (26 ft. Lbs.). Attach the fluid cooler rear outlet pipe clip bolt before tightening it to 9 nm (80 inch lbs.). Starting with the front outlet pipe union bolt placement into the Radiator you must torque it to 35 nm (26 ft. Lbs.), then move to install the front outlet pipe clip bolt into the Radiator and achieve 9 nm (80 inch lbs.) torque. Finish the procedure by filling the transaxle fluid.
