    Q:
How to replace the Transmission Oil Cooler Hose on Chevrolet Aveo? Posted by Customer
    A:
The replacement of transmission cooler pipes requires draining transaxle fluid as the first step. Start the installation process by taking off the front outlet pipe union bolt located on the Radiator before moving onto the front outlet pipe clip bolt from the Radiator and finally the rear outlet pipe clip bolt from the transaxle. The operation begins with removing the rear outlet pipe fitting nut from the transaxle before extracting the fluid cooler outlet pipe and its associated hoses. You should install the fluid cooler rear outlet pipe fitting nut first and secure it tightly to 35 n.m (26 lb ft). Add the fluid cooler rear outlet pipe clip bolt to its location while torquing it to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Beginning with the front outlet pipe union bolt installation into the Radiator where tightening should be set at 35 n.m (26 lb ft), star assembly and torque the front outlet pipe clip bolt installed into the Radiator to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Finally it is necessary to fill up the transaxle with fluid.
