How to replace the Transmission Oil Cooler Hose on 2008 Chevrolet Aveo?

Draining all transaxle fluid becomes the first step when you intend to replace transmission cooler pipes and hoses. Start by unscrewing the Radiator front outlet pipe union bolt and continue by discarding the Radiator front outlet pipe clip bolt before removing the transaxle rear outlet pipe clip bolt. Next unfasten the rear outlet pipe fitting nut that is on the transaxle to remove both the outlet pipe and associated hoses. First secure the fluid cooler rear outlet pipe fitting nut by hand-tightening it to 35 n.m (26 lb ft). Attach and torque the fluid cooler rear outlet pipe clip bolt to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Follow up by inserting the Radiator front outlet pipe union bolt and applying 35 n.m (26 lb ft) of torque and after that add the Radiator front outlet pipe clip bolt while tightening at 9 n.m (80 lb in). Complete the transaxle fluid process by filling it with fluid.
