How to replace the coolant reservoir on 2008 Chevrolet Aveo?

Before replacing Radiator Surge Tank, drain the engine coolant below the level of the surge tank. Relax overflow hose clamps and remove overflow hose from the top of surge tank. Loose the tank attaching nuts and remove the tank from the vehicle. Clean the inside and outside of the surge tank as well as the cap on it with soap and water and rinse them well. For installation, reinstall the surge tank into the vehicle and fasten it using the attaching nuts, turned up to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Attach the overflow hose to the surge tank and fix it using hose clamps. Lastly, use the surge tank to pour coolant up to the center ridge or to the MAX mark.
