How to Properly Service and Repair a Fan Clutch on 2005 Chevrolet Blazer?

Removal of the upper fan shroud is required to change the fan clutch. Fan Clutch Wrench Use the Fan Clutch Wrench to take out the fan clutch of the water pump. Remove fan clutch assembly, fan blade mounting bolts and then remove fan blade. Reconnect the fan blade back and hook back the assembly. Lastly, re-fit the upper fan shroud.
