You should disconnect the low coolant sensor's electrical connector before pulling the low coolant sensor electrical harness out of its retainer. First use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to relocate the Coolant Reservoir outlet hose clamp before removing the Coolant Reservoir outlet hose from its position. Use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to loosen the engine vent hose clamp followed by removing the hose from the Coolant Reservoir. Use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to move the radiator vent hose clamp into position before removing the hose from the Coolant Reservoir. To access the Coolant Reservoir the radiator Coolant Reservoir mounting bolt must be removed followed by Coolant Reservoir removal. Start by setting the Coolant Reservoir into its installation position before screwing the Coolant Reservoir mounting bolt using a torque of 10 nm which equates to 89 inch lbs. Use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to connect the radiator vent hose back to the Coolant Reservoir followed by positioning the radiator vent hose clamp. Hook up the engine vent hose to the Coolant Reservoir then secure the engine vent hose clamp using hose clamp pliers j 38185. By using hose clamp pliers (J 38185) install the Coolant Reservoir outlet hose to the Coolant Reservoir then reposition the Coolant Reservoir outlet hose clamp. Reconnect the low coolant sensor electrical connector to its retainer then join the low coolant electrical connector before filling the cooling system through the radiator Coolant Reservoir.
