  A: You must first take out the Camshaft as well as Camshaft roller followers before you replace the Valve Stem Oil Seal and valve spring. Put valve spring compressor model j 43649 to the cylinder head before taking out the spark plugs. Connect the hose adapter into the Spark Plug hole then apply 690 kpa (100 psi) air pressure into the cylinder. Compact the valve spring before taking off its keepers and the whole spring itself. To uninstall the valve seal use valve guide seal remover tool j 36017 according to instructions. To put in both items apply the valve guide seal remover (J 36017) tool then add the valve seal and valve spring. Press the valve spring for the last time and place the valve spring keepers back in their position. Detach the air hose adapter from Spark Plug hole then uninstall compressor j 43649 from cylinder head and position spark plugs Camshaft rollers and Camshaft.
