Use a 2 mm bead of rtv saturn (P/N 21019581) around the circumference of Oil Pan and the opening of the oil suction port, but do not apply too much. Mount the Oil Pan again and according to the fastener followness, tighten the Oil Pan bolts to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). Reinstall ac compressor bolts, engine Drive Belt, lowering the vehicle, and filling the engine oil to the right amount.
