How to replace the Front Cross-Member and Rear Crossmember on 2005 Chevrolet Colorado?

In order to get the crossmember off, jack up the vehicle and take out the mounting nuts and bolts. Wipe off the threads of the bolts and put on Threadlocker. Use proper fasteners and do not use paints and lubricants that will interfere with torque. Assemble in the order of tightening, to avoid damaging, and having tightened up the bolts, lower the vehicle.
