    A: Remove the engine assembly, crankshaft balancer, oil level indicator tube, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, Water Pump, engine valley cover, coolant air bleed pipe, left and right valve Rocker Arm covers, valve rocker arms, push rods, left and right cylinder heads, and valve lifters. In order to change the Camshaft. Next, removal of the Oil Pan-to-front cover bolts, front cover bolts and subsequently removing the front cover, and Oil Pan gasket discarding the old gasket. Now rotate the engine to bring the timing marks to each other, then remove the Camshaft sprocket bolts and the Timing Chain from the Camshaft sprocket and make sure that it rests on the crankshaft sprocket before you remove the Camshaft. For installation, first in, install the Camshaft so that the Camshaft sprocket alignment mark is in the 6 o clock position. Place the Camshaft sprocket and Timing Chain then install the Camshaft sprocket bolts and tighten them to 25 nm(18ft-lb.). Apply a bead of excess 5 mm (0.2 inch) long of sealant gm p/n 12378190, or equivalent, to the Oil Pan to engine block junction and then install the front cover and a new gasket, snugging the front cover bolts and the Oil Pan-to-front cover bolts. Mount the j41476 front and rear cover alignment tool (J41476) and the crankshaft balancer bolt to the front cover, where the taper legs of the j41476 align with the machined alignment surfaces on the front cover and tighten the crankshaft balancer bolt without overtightening. Twist the Oil Pan-to-front cover bolts and engine front cover bolts to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.) now remove the j41476. Install new crankshaft front oil seal, valve lifters, right and left cylinder heads, valve rocker arms, push rods, right and left valve Rocker Arm covers, coolant air bleed pipe, intake manifold, Water Pump, left and right exhaust manifolds, oil level indicator tube, crankshaft balancer, and last but not least, the engine assembly.
