Place the Shock Absorber between the upper shock support and the lower Control Arm while you install the insulator then the insulator retainer followed by tightening the upper shock shaft nut to 26 nm (19 ft. Lbs.). To proceed remove the shock support tool (J 43822) from the Shock Absorber and utilize the transverse spring compressor (J 33432-A) for compressing the coil spring. Secure the lower Control Arm to the Shock Absorber lower mounting and install bolts along with nuts before tightening the nut to 28 nm (21 ft. Lbs.). You need to disconnect the transverse spring compressor (J 33432-A) from the coil spring before installing the tire along with wheel assembly and lowering the vehicle and reconnecting the esc harness connector while verifying the proper connection with gentle upward connector pull.
