  A: In order to change front brake hose, raise and support the vehicle first, remove the tire and wheel assembly. Defeat the wheel speed sensor wire harness retainers and harness from the front brake hose and clean all the dirt and foreign material off the end of the brake hose and the brake pipe fitting. With the aid of a back up wrench, disconnect the brake fitting on the brake hose while you close or plug both sides to avoid loss or contamination of the fluid. Release the retaining clip from braking hose mounting bracket and the brake hose and remove the brake hose to-caliper bolt and brake loose bracket retaining bolt on the brake calories. Take the brake hose from the brake caliper and throw away the copper brake hose gaskets which adhers to the brake caliper or the brake caliper hors end. Plug or cap the openings on brake caliper and brake hose to avoid loss of fluid and prevent contamination. For installation, pull the caps or plugs off the opening then install the new copper brake hose gaskets and attach the brake hose bolt to the brake hose. Install the brake hose-to-brake caliper bolt on the brake caliper and tighten the brake caliper bolt to 44 nm (32 ft. Lbs.) and then install the front brake hose bracket retaining bolt and tighten it to 12 nm (106 inch lbs.). Push the brake pipe fitting cap back on its end or remove the plug on the other end of the brake hose and connect it to the front brake hose with a back up wrench and tighten it to 18 nm (13 ft. Lbs.). Install the brake hose retaining clip to the brake hose and the brake hose mounting bracket to reconnect the wheel speed sensor wire harness and harness retainers to the front brake hose and install the tire and wheel assembly. Make sure that no part of the hose is in contact with any suspension during extreme right and left turns; if it does, then take off the hose and remedy the situation. Last but not least, bleed the hydraulic brake system and reduce the level of the auto.
