  A: To remove the Throttle Body assembly, the first task should be to remove the air cleaner intake duct and the heater outlet pipe. Cover the Throttle Body opening using a shop towel, use a shop air to blow away any dirt that might be found at the base of the Throttle Body. Remove the tac module electrical connector by pulling up the connector lock to pull it out of the tac module. Unbolt the Throttle Body and pull it off the Intake Manifold, cover the Intake Manifold via with a clean shop towel so as to keep dirt from running into it. If necessary, take the Throttle Body studs away. When installing, first install the Throttle Body studs if removed, tigthen to 6 n.m (53 lb in). Also, attach the Throttle Body onto the Intake Manifold and tighten it with the Throttle Body bolts to in 10 n.m (89 lb in). Attach the tac module electrical connector back to the tac module and press down the connect lock to hold it in place. Lastly, reattach the heater outlet pipe, as well as air cleaner intake duct.
