The Drive Belt tensioner requires counterclockwise rotation to let the spring tension off before belt removal. Before installing the new Drive Belt you must first rotate the Drive Belt tensioner counterclockwise until the spring tension is released. Reinstall the engine mount strut followed by the air cleaner assembly.
