How to replace the Steering Column Seal on the intermediate shaft on 2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

The seal in the middle steering shaft can be changed by turning the ignition switch off and disconnecting the key. Unattach the intermediate shaft to the steering column, then take out the old seal and then add the new lower and upper seal. Attach the intervening shaft again and tighten the seal bolts.
