Beginning with the Flywheel bolt extraction you must follow it with the complete removal of the Flywheel element. Inspection of the Flywheel must happen before you begin its installation. The new Flywheel installation process requires filling new bolts with threadlock gm p/n 12345493 (Canadian P/N 10953488) before installing the Flywheel with these bolts. Follow bolt sequence to reach 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.) torque value before applying the torque angle meter (J 36660-A) to achieve a total bolt angle of 50 degrees for ultimate transmission reinstallation.
