How to replace the hazard and turn signal flasher on 2006 Buick Rainier?

In order to install the replacement of the hazard and turn signal flasher, take off the flasher retaining bracket as well as the left closeout panel. Unplug flasher to the electrical connector and take off. To install, you will need to fit the new flasher, clamp the retaining bracket and put the left closeout panel back on.
