You need to remove the left closeout/insulator panel followed by the flasher retaining bracket. Pull the flasher off its electrical connection before taking the part from the vehicle. Put the flasher in position on the insulator panel before linking its electrical connector to the device. After placing the flasher retaining bracket onto the insulator panel you will replace the left closeout panel.
